We offer Government funded places by Bradford Metropolitan District Council as follows:
Up to 30 hours per week for 38 weeks. If less hours are booked the entitlement may be stretched over the year up to a total of 1140 hours from the term after a child turns 9 months* for eligible working parents. Parents must apply online for an eligibility code and re-confirm their eligibility every 3 months for their funding to continue www.beststartinlife.gov.uk.
For children aged 2 years* families receiving some additional forms of support may be entitled to up to 15 hours funding (570 hours per year), for more information visit: fyi.bradford.gov.uk.
Up to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks per year (570 hours over the year) for every child from the term after their 3rd birthday*.
*Entitlements can be used from the term after you apply. The terms begin on 1st September, 1st January and 1st April.
In addition to the funded hours, parents may also be eligible to register for tax-free childcare, the two schemes can be used together. If you are eligible, you need to set up an online childcare account through the government website. For every £8.00 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2.00 for you to use to pay your childcare provider www.beststartinlife.gov.uk.
The government funding pays for up to 10 childcare hours per day. Additional optional services such as meals and non-consumables are not covered by the funding. Our charges for the additional hours and the services your child requires at nursery are as follows:

We ask that you provide nappies and wipes if applicable.
Non consumables cover suncream, outings, celebrations, special events such as parties, special visitors and activities such as yoga and any additional services we may provide from time to time. If you do not wish to pay for specific consumables and/or voluntary services, for example because you wish to provide your own, please make us aware so the next steps can be discussed.
Bank holidays and unattended days are payable.
